How often and for how long should students use the program?

Modified on Fri, 18 Sep at 1:14 PM

For most children using ReadingDoctor®, a good session length is 15 to 20 minutes in one sitting.

Short, regular sessions work best rather than long, infrequent ones. Make sessions shorter if your child has difficulty concentrating due to their age or learning difficulties. Try not to use the program for longer than this in one sitting, even if your child wants to continue.

A helpful rule of thumb is to finish while your child would still be happy to do one more activity.
