Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription (and unsubscribe) at any time.

Subscriptions are paid annually. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the program for the remainder of the subscription period, but your subscription will not be renewed at the anniversary of your subscription.

If you subscribed from your iPad

• On your iPad, tap 'Settings'
• Tap on your name at the top left of your screen
• Tap 'Subscriptions'
• Under the 'ACTIVE' heading, tap ReadingDoctor
• Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

If you subscribed via a web browser using a PC, Mac or Chromebook, you will not be charged when your 2 week free trial finishes. If you have an existing paid subscription and you want to cancel it:

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your Parent Dashboard and click on Account:

Click on the child whose account you want to cancel (unsubscribe) by pressing the Unsubscribe button:

You have now unsubscribed. You can continue to access the program until your subscription period ends.
